Brownie Drop Cookies
Do you have some boxes of unused brownie mix in your pantry that aren’t going anywhere? Are you looking for a fun and delicious new dessert recipe to try out with family, friends, and anyone who may come by, regardless of the occasion or reason? I’m here in Kathey Jo’s Kitchen to share with you something sure to satisfy your sweet tooth, as well as those of anyone who visits you. These delicious cookies have my husband Rob’s approval, and they’re sure to have yours too!
Get that unused brownie mix out because we’ll put it to good use here! Along with a few basic household ingredients you likely already have, we can make these cookies a promising reality for your loved ones. Although the recipe calls for nuts, you can certainly omit them if your family doesn’t like them or there’s anyone visiting who may be allergic. Regardless of what you decide to do, odds are good your family will ask for them over and over again!
1 (15 ounce) package fudge brownie mix
1/4 cup water
1 egg
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Heat oven to 375º. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Mix brownie mix, water and egg in large bowl with spoon. Stir in
nuts (dough will be stiff).
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until set. Cool slightly; remove from
cookie sheet to wire rack
