The Ultimate Oatmeal Cookie

When it comes to cookies, sometimes you can’t beat the classics. Some days, there’s nothing better than an old-fashioned oatmeal cookie, and in Kathey Jo’s Kitchen, my husband Rob and I know this better than anyone! Needless to say, there are already a ton of recipes out there, online and in cookbooks, for making them. There’s certainly no right or wrong way to go about it, but I’ll gladly share with you what works best for me.
