Brownie Bits
I’m here in Kathey Jo’s Kitchen to tell you and yours about an exciting new treat you can enjoy when your friends and family crave more options for sweet treats. Who doesn’t love the delicious taste of chocolate brownies? I’ve got an idea here my husband Rob absolutely loves, and chances are when you give it a shot in your household, it’ll be an instant winner. And you won’t need many more ingredients than you would for standard brownie preparation.
All it takes to make this delicious dessert a reality is brownie mix, an egg, water, and powdered sugar. Before long you’ll be rolling out these delicious brownie balls, offering something sweet to your family and friends. If they’re anywhere near as popular in your household as they are in mine, you’ll be thrilled to make them for your loved ones again and again!
1 fudge brownie mix
1/4 cup water
1 egg
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Heat oven to 350º. Grease cookie sheet. Mix brownie mix (dry), water and egg product with spoon about 50 strokes
or until well blended.
Shape dough by rounded teaspoonfuls into balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Place about 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until almost no indentation remains when touched lightly in center. Immediately remove
from cookie sheet to wire rack.
