Bagel French Toast
Who says you should eat breakfast foods only in the morning? Not me! I love breakfast foods at any time of the day, especially toast and bagels. Now imagine combining them into one item—a masterpiece is formed! This bagel French toast is so delicious and totally levels up from simple slices of bread.
When it’s time to grill the bagels, make sure to evenly coat with the egg mixture beforehand. For best results, you should consider soaking for several minutes. After setting the grill for 350 degrees, grill each side for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Remember, based on the thickness of the bagel, it may take a bit longer, so you can always grill until golden brown.
I have to say, I love a sweet breakfast. This one in particular is one of my all-time favorites, especially when it’s garnished with a fruity cream cheese or even whipped cream. However, you can totally remix the recipe and rather than serving it with fruit, it could be transformed into a breakfast sandwich! Either way, this bagel French toast is a winner!
