Anchovy Olive Dip
Enjoy this anchovy olive dip paired with any of your favorite meals. It’s a perfect way to add a delicious twist to any snack whether it’s tortilla chips or used as a spread. At Kathey Jo’s Kitchen, we love to spread it on toasted bread or even sandwiches. When I say you won’t regret making this dip, I mean it!
The amazing part about this recipe is the fact that most ingredients it calls for are probably already in your pantry! Maybe you’ll need to go out and purchase the anchovy paste…unless you’re an absolute anchovy lover like me. Besides that, you’re likely to already have sour cream, olives, and red onion in your kitchen. Making the sauce is super easy as well. All you need to do is mix all four of the ingredients together and you’re done! Refrigerating the dip is optional but recommended.
As an anchovy and olive lover, I have paired this dip with so many of my favorite meals. I’ve even centered it in a vegetable platter, which I have to say, is one of my favorite ways to eat my veggies. Don’t limit this dip to veggies and try eating it with your T-bone steak. I promise you won’t be disappointed! It’s truly the ultimate dip.
